Edition caps we will actually write down

Ten, twenty-five, or fifty. Why we lock the number before colour holds, not after a first collector file leaves Wade Lane.

Open paperback books stacked on a table

An X-Men motion-panel collector edition is a numbered reading. The cap is not a marketing mood. Once Priya locks a yellow, every later copy has to match it, including the paper companion.

Ten copies suit a single household and a spare for a sibling. Twenty-five is the most common brief we take. Fifty means more trim days and a thicker provenance stack; it does not make the motion more interesting.

We will not raise a cap after the first file leaves the atelier. If you later want a related sequence, that is a new edition with its own number line, not an extension of the old one.
