The companion print is not a poster

We trim companions to the same crops as the timed panels. A poster of the cover, however handsome, breaks the agreement between file and paper. Guests who only trust paper should be able to lay the sheets down and recognise the motion without a screen.

Stock is archival enough to handle a viewing, not so glossy that it pretends to be a variant cover. Malcolm checks each sheet against the file before it goes in the envelope. Marta Lindqvist’s first copy arrived folded once; we sent a board-backed replacement. Mention posting preferences in the brief if your insurer cares about creases.

The companion is included in the collector edition. Extra copies are a line on the quote, not a merchandising window.
